Joe Gillis often earned the title of “Top Seller” during his 15 years as Barry Security’s Senior Sales Executive.    With over 25 years of sales experience in the electronic security industry, Joe’s primary responsibility at GS Security is pursuing new sales opportunities while expanding the New England territory. Joe also has 20 years experience in the field of public safety. Mr. Gillis’ principal objective is to continue to provide unsurpassed service to GS Security customers and provide the highest quality security equipment available on the market. 

Nick Sink
Director of Technical Operations • nick@gssecuritysystems.com

 As Director of Technical Operations for GS Security, Nick has over 15 years of enterprise level integrated security experience. Mr. Sink’s product knowledge, technical familiarity, and overall integrated security experience is an essential asset to GS Security. Acting as Technical Manager, Project Engineer and Customer/Software Support for GS Security, Nick is exceedingly capable of managing any security challenge.   Nick was employed by Barry Security for 12 years. He holds a Cisco CCNA certification as well as Class C – Systems Contractor, Class D – Systems Technician, and Class S - Public Safety licenses. He has a diverse knowledge of numerous manufacturers’ products and is certified in the following product lines: Lenel, Software House, Plasec, OnSSI, Kantech, AMAG, Panasonic, American Dynamics, Pelco, Radionics, Ademco, and Advantor. 

Erik Sink
Director of Business Operations • erik@gssecuritysystems.com

As Director of Business Operations for GS Security, Erik has over 12 years of integrated access control and video electronics experience. As project manager for Barry Security, he ensured consistent quality and timeliness of many projects that ran simultaneously. His primary focus while at Barry was on the overall coordination, implementation, and completion of multiple projects and their installation deadlines.  As Director of Operations for GS Security, Erik overseas all phases of the installation, coordinates with outside vendors, and ensures that customer expectations are fully met. He holds a Cisco CCNA certification as well as Class C – Systems Contractor and Class D – Systems Technician licenses. He has a diverse knowledge of numerous manufacturers’ products and is certified in the following product lines: Lenel Master Certified, Software House, Plasec , OnSSI,  Napco, GE, Computar/Ganz, Kantech, AMAG, Panasonic, American Dynamics, Pelco, Radionics, Ademco, and Advantor.

William Manseau
Service Manager

Mr. Manseau has over 20 years experience in the field of access control and video surveillance service and installations. As the Service Manager for GS Security, Bill manages the day-to-day operation of the company’s field service team as well as prioritizing customer service requests. He holds a Class D – Systems Technician license for MA and RI. Bill has extensive product and system knowledge, and is certified in the following manufacturers’ product lines: Lenel, Plasec, Software House, AD, Panasonic, Pelco, and Radionics.

James Bardsley
Account Manager

As Account Manager for GS Security, James is responsible for the onsite management of Biogen Idec and Berklee College of Music. With over 6 years of access control and video surveillance experiences, James holds a Class D license, is Cisco CCNA certified, and certified in Lenel and Radionics product lines.

Shaun Chambers
Project Manager

Mr. Chambers has over 5 years experience in the field of access control and video surveillance. Shaun has managed some of our most demanding installations including BFDS and Microsoft. As project manager, Shaun oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the installation and monitors the project deadlines. Mr. Chambers holds a Class D license and is certified in the following product lines: Lenel, Software House, Plasec, Napco, GE, Computar/Ganz, Panasonic, American Dynamics, Pelco, and OnSSI.
